ReReturn & Exchange T&C

  1. Product exchange must be claimed within 14 days of receipt of product(s).

  2. Please contact our customer service via email before shipping: info@midori-organic.com

  3. Related item(s) must be returned in its original individual packaging and in resalable condition which means 4) it has not been damaged, soiled, washed altered or worn and with intact label or tag.

  4. Product(s) can be exchange once only.

  5. Products can be exchanged but not refundable. All stock out items will be replaced by same priced items.

  6. If the item(s) is damage or in poor quality upon receipt of product(s), please send us photos as supporting for us to follow up.

  7. All exchange request will take 1-3 weeks to process from the receipt of goods. Our customer service will inform customer for details.

  8. In case of any dispute, the decision of Midori Organic Cotton Ltd will be final.

 

Exchange Process
 

  1.  Kindly contact our Customer service by email: info@midori-organic.com
    you will be requested to provide full details of your order(s) and details of the product(s) you wish to return and exchange.

  2. Deliver the return goods by recorder delivery / courier service to following address and keep your delivery receipt. Address: G/F 54 Larch Street Tai Kok Tsui Kowloon, Hong Kong

  3. After receiving the returned goods, Midori Organic Cotton will examine the product(s) condition before arranging the exchange process. Customers are responsible for all the shipping costs.
